CDF was green before it was cool ........
For nearly 20 years we have been striving to create sustainable designs that are sensitive to economic, environmental, and cultural conditions.
We also work to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs
CDF uses a collaborative and ethical approach. We encourage direct and open communication among colleagues, clients, suppliers, and users to link long-term sustainability with ethical responsibility.
By preserving existing environ-mental features, conserving
resources in a sustainable manner, and regenerating lost or damaged ecosystem we do our duty to leave the earth a better place than we found it.
It is our goal and responsibility to foster environmental stewardship
in all aspects of land development and management, foster an ethic of environmental stewardship—an
understanding that responsible management of healthy eco- systems improves the quality of life for present and future generations.
